Muskrat Man Customized Leverletto

Post by muskrat man »

I built some of these years back before the supply of kits dried up, now that they are importing them again I'll be building some of these and periodically list them on SD Auction.

Now that is REALLY polishing a turd. those leverlettos are the most common, over produced, boring knives in production. and you managed to turn it into a thing of beauty. Great job Mr. Muskrat man. ::groove::

Great working knife" the one I have " and made very well. Handle could have been a lot better so I'm glad your redoing some of them. Good idea on the removable springs.

Looks like we got a live one here.

back to the OP...

Beautiful Job MM. Personally I do love a lever knife even though I collect only one brand and do not own a leverlock. Handsome knife and I personally don't care how many were produced. Great job.

Whom makes the kits and what country of origin please?

sorry if i offended you, i truly am. I was talking about Muskrat man's work, he did a nice job. sorry, can't show you any common boring grossly over produced production models. can't even show you where i produced the same knife thousands of times and called it different because it had a bit of file work or slightly different scales or a different length but it's still the same boring knife. OOOOOH a lever with guards oh my that is innovative. you have more god given talent in your little finger than most of us have in entire bodies, use it. i'm glad you're proud of the one thing you've been truly recognized for, you should be. now make something else. amaze us. astonish us ,like some of these "think outside the box" young cutlers do. i'm sorry if you think i'm attacking you, i am not. 10 years ago i was a huge fan. but i keep waiting for something to excite me. something you did that is "different" or "new". PLEASE BILL, PLEASE make something neat cool new wonderful. PLEASE i'm begging you. Thank you

Very cool MM. How much does a knife like the one you have pictured cost?
