too ugly

a bird hunter is transferred to a new area and he goes out scouting for a place to hunt dove. passes a big farm covered in sunflowers. drives to the house and knocks at the door and a old man answers. sir i wonder if you'd let me shoot some dove on your property. the old man says it's ok, but no guns are allowed. perplexed, he asks the old farmer how he could hunt dove without a gun. old man calls his children out on the porch and the most butt ugly three youngsters appear. the two boys look a lot alike and the little sister was even uglier. still perplexed he asks again how he could hunt without a gun. the old man leads him and his two ugly boys out to a stock tank and they hunker down beneath the bank and wait. a few minutes pass and a group of five doves flys in. at the last moment he pokes one of the boys and he stands right in the birds path. three of the dove fall from the sky at their feet. the bird hunter is amazed and asks if the other boy has the same effect as his brother. the farmer pokes the other boy when a group of seven are coming in and sure enough six of the birds fall upon sight of the ugly boy. he asks if the whole family hunts this way and the farmer ereplies, every one but my daughter. we don't let her hunt cause she tears the birds up too much.
