ROSCO Tang Stamp... Early?

Post by Bill-in-Texas »

Is there a progression of tang stamp styles that has been observed for ROSCO switchblades? (Is ROSCO simply the mark of the importer?)

::shrug::

And, what are the years of production under the ROSCO name, please?

I suspect this one might be an early one prior to the word "IN" being addad.

Thoughts?

Rosco is the mark of the George Rose Company-a US importer.
Prior to 1954, they sold Latama-branded stilettos. US importation was stopped in 1958.
