Ban Tang Santuko

I bought this knife from Ban 6 years ago for $250. He is known for his convex to zero grinds that are "3S", Stupid Scary Sharp.
Light at 6 ounces and perfect in hand balance it is a delight to use. I did use it to slice vegetables & fruit but no meat with a bone and always on a wood cutting block. I liked it so much that i wanted to preserve it's 'perfectness' so i put it away in the safe and only now did i just come across it.
It is still sharp, i have not touched up the edge. A new owner might want to strop it but i don't think it is essential as it cuts smoothly as it is.
