swiss army style knife handle material, loose pin, tool and worth 774

"This is a swiss army style knife that features on bottom a 1 5/8"" poker and a 1 5/8"" cork screw, on one of
the sides is a 2 5/8"" knife and a 1 1/4"" regular screw driver with a can opener on the bottom, and on the other
side a 1 3/4"" knife and a ?????. The bigger knife tang is engraved on separate lines with the words MADE IN,
GERMANY. The chrome has rust and/or surface rust. Made in Germany.

I would like to ask the following:
Do you think the red handles are plastic, bakelite or some other material?
What tool would you use to put a loose pin back in?
What type of tool from looking at the pictures is the ????? that I mention in the above description and shown in pictures?
What would this knife be worth once the loose pin gets fixed?

Plastic handles,little value.If you fix it may be worth twice as much.Liner is also bent.Not much demand for those generic SAK`s.
