Vintage Kinfolks 6317

Just got this Kinfolks 6317. Haven't cleaned the knife yet, but this is quickly becoming one of my favorites. Any ideas on the age of this knife? Do you guys have any vintage Kinfolks pocket knives?

I think this is one of the Kinfolks knives that was made after Robeson acquired the brand c. 1951-1965.

You don't see many of these Kinfolks branded pocket knives. The big folding hunters might be the most common of the uncommon.

Your knife looks to be in great shape and should clean up nicely.

The nail pulls are very indicative of Robeson manufacture from the 1950's and early 60's.

Wish I had an example to show you. You have a fairly rare knife. As Wayne said, authentic Kinfolks brand folders are scarce and the ones usually seen are the large folding hunters. I've been watching for one of the smaller ones for a long while without success. Congratulations on a nice find!

Mr. Blister had one a while back. He seems to be a buyer/seller. See if he still has it.

However, I would not be surprised to learn that Mr. B's knife and the OP knife are one and the same.
