Old Rodgers knife

I have this old knife that was my uncles EDC....can't find any info.....may not be worth much but it's priceless to me knowing my uncle had it with him everyday for most of his life....anybody have any info on it?

Your knife is one of a series that Rodgers called "The Regimentals" (or something v. close). These are from after WW II but not sure when after WW II they first were made.
The Jos. Rodgers company made the best knives the world has ever seen but quality went downhill sharply after WW II. The Regimentals were low cost knives of average quality for their price.
The value in your knife is that it was your father's which makes it special to you and whether it was a high or low end knife makes no difference to it's 'specialness'.

Thank you! It was my uncles knife(who was definitely a father figure)...he had several knives....he was in the airforce and served 3 tours in Vietnam.....he used to tell me he carried this knive all that time.... I do cherish it most although he left me several way more valuable things including some knives.... thanks for the info

You are welcome. Any chance you can post a picture of the other knives ? We like to look at pictures of knives here and maybe one might be something we knifers think of as "wow ! neat".
