Boker German electricians knife 9229

Post by Landersknives »

I was just curious I have seen many USA Boker electrician knives but the only German made Boker I have seen is mine. So I was wondering how rare is the German electricians knife? Is it rare at all? I know the USA Boker electricians knife normally sells higher than the average electricians knife. So tell me guys I need knowledge. Thanks very much! All comments are appreciated. ::tu::

Not too rare. They made them in Solingen at least since 1984 through the 1990s.
The really cool ones have the BOKER USA tang stamp coupled with Boker Solingen "made in Germany" blade etch.

Thanks Blue. I just had not seen the German stamp. It has the etch but it is faint. There are several Boker USA stamped ones on the bay right now. In fact I saw one with the German etch and the American stamp. I appreciate your knowledge and comment. ::handshake::
