This came up in another thread, and thought some here may have some examples. Or might want a project.
Opinel is a traditional French knife, they have great blades, and wooden handles that can easily be customized. They are relatively cheap to buy, not cheap in quality. These are not mine just from a Google search.
Carved Opinels make great gifts. Or can be resold.
