Case tested 4 blade with punch?

Did Case make a 4 blade with punch in what may be a 45 pattern? Thanks

They made a 64047 not sure it goes back to the Tested era?

This is a Case Tested XX 64055. It’s a pretty rare knife. Most of the 055 examples are 2 blades with a pattern number of 62055. It looks ok to me. The nail nick on the main clip blade looks a little goofy in one of the pictures, but it might be more of a photography issue than a knife issue. I have one of these and will post a comparison picture when I am using my computer instead of iPad.
