Forged Father/Son puuko combo
My dad is hosting a father/son retreat and requested a knife combo for a give away. I think these will do.
Still have to finish the leather yet.
1084 with nine piece bronze, walnut, sapele, curly maple, and g10 handles.
Thanks for stopping in.

They really do look great. Hopefully who ever wins them will see them for the fine workmanship and hard work they will be capable of doing.

Very nice work Tony!
Those sheaths are kind of fun to make.
Did you buy the liner or did you make it?

I made the liners myself. Carved from spruce.

The carved liner works good.
I found a website that specializes in Scandinavian knife making supplies, I learned a lot there.
I used a premade plastic liner.
Thompson's Scandinavian Knife Supply I think was the name of the site. It's an awesome site!
