chain san mai
I welcome you all from the shadowy depths of Transylvania!
Have a chain San Mai to show today.
It is 34 cm long. The blade is 20 cm long, 5 cm wide and 6 mm thick, forged of motorcycle chain with 5160 carbon steel core.
The handle is made wenge with bronze tube pins.
Its cave is made of 4 mm thick, sturdy cowhide with a little raised bronze ornament.

That one is not only gorgeous hellize, but it
has 3 things that are great design features, at least the way I
look at a fixed blade knife to use,,very comfy looking handle
that can be griped solidly, with the guard being shaped right
into the blade,, and a nice back stop on the end of the handle
to keep you solid on both ends during heavy cutting task's using
the knife,, another winner my friend...Vlad the impaler (spelling)
would have bought that one from ya back in the day..

If I may say such a thing, you are right on spot, my friend. This type of handle shape really is the best, when it comes to gripping secureness, and it is also quite comfy
(I believe mr. Vlad would simply take it from me

Csizmar, another forge and poetic triumph. Great looking blade, agree with the handle comments, love the sheath. A Beauty.
But after using the chain, how do you get your motorcycle to go?
