Not much for reading stamps but that's a pretty weird looking Case XX. The "E" looks too big. Also looks like the knife might have a handle crack on the back side left end pin. Knife has cleaned and pitting is still visible. Seller doesn't accept returns which is a turn off for me. Otherwise just a high BIN asking price.

I was also looking closely at that Wayne. Just by the picture, it almost looks as if the tang was struck so hard by the stamp, that it actually bent the steel. That specific part of the tang looks like it's bent inwards like a "U".

Can't say for certain but at the very least, it's looks "suspect" to me.

The tang stamp looks fine to me. The E looks long and the S short because of how the light is hitting the bottom of the S.

IMHO, not the kind of Case you'd see counterfeited.

I think the knife looks odd just due to the angle of the photos. Not really a bad price for this knife.

Wasn't the price $150?
