I made a quick offer on that knife and he made a very reasonable counter offer. But after looking a couple more minutes I started having doubts. Probably sold 30 minutes after he posted it. I don't have any specific reason just general look of it.

Agree no good. Appears to be a KABAR or OLCUT that was rehandled and restamped.

Agreed looks like a KA-BAR frame. Doesn't look at all knife a Case knife.
Sometimes it's hard to say exactly what isn't right about a knife but you can certainly say the knife isn't right.
