ISO sheath for Western fixed blade

I am in search of a sheath for an older Western fixed blade, model L66.

The reason I am searching for a sheath for this knife, is that the knife is my brother's prized hunting knife, which he was just passing around at deer camp. The knife is in great condition, but the sheath is half rotted and wrapped in duct tape.
I thought it would be a cool idea to surprise him with nice sheath for the knife as a Christmas gift. Any help would be appreciated, thanks for looking!

Check with Muskrat Man. He makes a good quality sheath and he specializes in reproduction-type sheaths.

Mike, I agree with Ray, MM will be your best bet for a Western F66 sheath especially if you need it by Christmas. I’ve been looking for an original black one for my Black Beauty for 8 years with no luck. Typical of the sheaths of that era (mine was late 1960’s) they were thin and cheaply made - didn’t hold up well over the years. Bruce

Thanks Bruce, I have reached out to MM, but not heard back from him yet.
You are right of course, the older sheaths never hold up as well as the actual knives. Just the way it goes with leather that is exposed to the elements on a regular basis for years. Still prefer it to the synthetic sheaths though.

Jim, I dont have the knife available to measure, as it is my brothers knife and I am trying to find him a sheath for it as a Christmas gift. However I believe the overall length is 8 3/4". Here is a pic of the same model knife I grabbed off the internet.
