Scott, I'm assuming you're talking about these 47's. I wouldn't mind having one of those myself. Problem is $$$$$ and finding one.
They came in a bunch of handle materials. I wish I'd bought one in 2014 when they first came out. They were easier to get back then.
Good luck pal.

Scott, I sent you a PM with a link to one for sale but it isn't cheap.

If you just like the pattern and don't mind a China made knife, Rough Ryder makes a very similar model for a lot less money.

The Rough Ryder 2038 is almost identical to the Viper but they are very hard to find.
I had to buy mine from a dealer in England.
It's a well made knife for China and a whole lot cheaper than the Viper.
Good luck on Your hunt! ::handshake::

Hey Scott, if your looking for a wharncliffe knife, I got 2 GEC #62's, and a Schatt & Morgan cokebottle (up for sale/trade here on AAPK), but there not what yer looking for. Sorry, I can't help you with the viper. It does look to be a perty fine knife, good luck with the hunt! And if I ever come across one, you'll be the first to know ::handshake:: .

Scott, take a look at the Viper swayback over at Collectors Knives (Latham). It's almost identical to the 47 Viper and very well made.

Brother I started out with the viper as my 2nd GEC pattern, and have seen em go from 100 to 150 knives to 350 to 450 depending on scales and prod runs, I just sold my last four, but the advice from the guy about the italian made Viper, swayback, with M390 steel, adjustable pivot, and 3 scales types, titanium bolsters and liners, all under 150 , you can't go wrong. It's slightly less bulky but weighs more, this is 1st year of issue and a Collectors Knives exclusive, buy it there, or buy it 2nd hand and pay more. I own all 3 and it's a toss up which to carry, and I sold 6 to pay for mine. If you're still on ebay none of mine lasted a month there, and CK drop ships, if you don't want to invest, but only a few were made, so you may get caught without one when it sells, 1st year again. I just buy and list exact pics. Hope you find one that suits you, they're is a snakeskin acrylic GEC 47 Viper on ebay you could buy for 175 right now if your interested, and that's cheapest I've seen one in 2 years, good huntin Mac
