Johnnie Fains widow after his passing.
It's either a Trapper or a Moose pattern that Johnnie reworked.
Main clip blade was removed and bolsters reworked in some way.
Scales were replaced with some beautiful bone of some kind.
I refreshed the original post today in the Knives for sale or trade forum if anyone is curious to see some more pictures and the story behind this beautiful knife.
And I still have it
