Can anyone tell me did CASE really make this knife?

You piqued my interest with this post, David. After reading the sellers description about the 'swastika' being a 'peace' symbol, I found this article that alludes to his words. (see link below) As to whether W.R. Case & Sons actually made this knife, I don't know. It's possible, I suppose, prior to WWII and before Germany used it as their symbol...albeit, distorted to some extent, according to the linked article. Even so, the symbol is a GREAT negative to history, and the stigma attached to it will be a long time effort to changing people's minds for what it was used for during the hitler era.

The swastika on the knife is reversed.

Thanks, Skip...I didn't initially notice that. And, the one on the knife is not canted like the NSS one. I've searched for over 45 min. regarding this, out of pure curiosity, and cannot find anything about this knife anywhere, other than the ebay listing keeps popping up. Interesting though, if it's an authentic Case knife.

It’s real. Sargent has it in 6th edition page 109 American premium guide to knives and razors.
I remember another one sold on eBay a few years ago.
