Need help identify maker of this knife

So I received this knife from one of my rich relatives, that bought it from some fancy store in New York. I really don’t have any idea where it came from. Was told it was made of Buffalo bone but who knows lol. There is a small symbol of wyd seems to be a mountain with a bunch of random markings on the inside. If anyone could give me any knowledge on what they know about it, I would very much appreciate it. Thanks

Welcome to AAPK. The knife looks European to me. Handles could be horn. Sorry but the pictures are not clear enough to make out the tang stamp. Try to get a picture with the blade halfway open (90 degrees angle to the handles) and without glare. Outdoors in indirect sunlight, no flash, usually works well. The tang stamp and all other markings might help identify the maker but they need to be clear and in focus.

Your knife is vintage German. Blades look like they could be stainless steel which would mean likely made soon after WW II. If not stainless, could be older. Handles are horn, likely African Water Buffalo. These 6 blade 'Utility' patterns are a common old German pattern, made by many of the knife manufacturers in Solingen Germany. I would need to see a better in focus picture of the logo to try to ID it.
Neat knife and in very good condition but it is not a high value knife. On ebay it might sell for $30-$50, on a good day.
