You might want to write to the customer relations department at Case.

Tell them you need a shield for a specific knife. They usually email
you back and ask for you to send a picture of the knife. They will then
check their stock and send you one free of charge. Have a lot of
patience with them- it usually takes about 4-5 weeks for all of this
to occur ( that was before the Christmas rush for USPS).
