If you haven't already you might want to put your post in the Knife Commerce section. You might have better luck.

You might want to write to the customer relations department at Case.

Tell them you need a shield for a specific knife. They usually email
you back and ask for you to send a picture of the knife. They will then
check their stock and send you one free of charge. Have a lot of
patience with them- it usually takes about 4-5 weeks for all of this
to occur ( that was before the Christmas rush for USPS).
