John C Holler - Wadsworth and Sons knives
After a vigorous search on the Internet I cannot find any nice exactly like these. One is a Wadsworth and Son from Austria. The other is a John S Holler (Tower Brand). I found some knives by these manufacturers or distributors but none close to this design.

Welcome to AAPK. I’ve not seen that design either. Both Holler and Wadsworth were brand names used by importers. May have come from the same maker.

The profile is very similar to the old deer foot knives from Germany,Austria, and Czechoslovakia. The lock mechanism that surrounds the guard is identical to a couple of deer foot knives I have.Nice knives!
EDIT: here is a pic of them.
