Morgan, "Swan Works" usually is a lower end vintage German knife. I doubt you will find another identical Swan Works blade. I would suggest you put in any similar pen blade that will fit properly.
It would help if you show a few pictures of your knife (blades closed & blades open).

Or you could have a knife mechanic turn it into a single blade. I’ve had a few done myself
