Case Bose Suede Zippered Pouch/Green Box

I’m in search of a Case Bose collaboration tan suede zippered pouch to fit a knife that came to me without one. The green box would be awesome as well. The knife is a 2003 Damascus Dog Leg Jack. The box doesn’t have to have the correct label. Will purchase! Thanks for looking!
