I suppose that this is technically not a counterfeit knife, so much as an attempt to make the unwary think that this is a German Eye brand knife without actually saying it...
Still, it is neither subtle, nor convincing.

Looks like someone used a No. 2 pencil to draw a rendition of an Eye logo. They added lashes instead of rays.
