Prayers for Doug

Post by Forensic Jim »

Doug a friend of mine who I took to the Dover show is having some serious surgery tomorrow. He has what is supposed to be an inoperable brain tumor near his brain stem that has been doubling in size every ninety days. He already has lost all of his hearing in his left ear and if he does nothing the end result would be that it will take his life. Doug has a lot of faith in the Lord and I would appreciate if any of you guys would think of him tomorrow or say a prayer for him. The surgery is Feb. 13th, and it is expected to take at least twelve hours. Knives are a new hobby for him and he really enjoys learning and collecting them.
RIP Johnnie Rotten

So far, so good...So What!!

Will do Jim. I hope him the best in this. Sometimes things happen that we can't explain. Or the doctor's either. Its great he has a friend like you. You can tell him you have some friends who are trying to keep him in mind and at heart.

Jim this was a grate thing you did for and with Doug a friend of yours who you took to the Dover show. Many times we all just do not take the time that we should to share a day at a knife show with some one that does not get out very off-en.

I will add you and your friend Doug to my list and add hopeful thoughts until you let use know his situation.

Jim, my prayers will go out to Doug. An ounce of faith in our Lord is worth a thousand knives, and it sounds like he has got it. Kelley
