Welcome to AAPK. The knife is properly called a d’Estaign knife, named for a French Admiral generally credited as its inventor. However it also commonly called a “folding Bowie”, “folding dirk”, among other names. The lever “button” locks the blade in the folded, or open, positions. You’ll find versions made in Germany (some near identical to yours but with other brand names) and Sheffield. I do not know the Böker pattern number.

You can find a ballpark value by doing an advanced search of eBay, for sold listings only, of “folding Bowie knife” or “folding knife”. You may not find the exact same knife but yours will be in the ballpark of the value of those similar to yours in design.
