Hi all. Recently had a chance to pick up this knife as I had not seen one before. After doing some digging I wasn't able to find much on the maker or the knife, so thought I would post it here and see if I can get any more info.
Three blades. Marlin spike, can opener, and a sheeps foot blade marked SIMAV NAPOLI. Steel bail, steel liners. I assume WWII but am not sure. Looks to be bexoid scales.
Let me know what you all think.

Re: Italian Simav Napoli knife
I like these knives. They are a copy of a WWII British design but broadly manufactured by others in a few countries.
I have Italian ones by Bianchi Campobasso, Visconti Canzo, Coricama... but there are a handful of others (Simav being a known one of course), and many didn't have any markings (as the story goes, manufactures didn't want to lead the opposition to their factories in war time).
The Marlin spike is commonly reffered to as the Sailor knife where the others Army, but I don't think that's written in stone anywhere.
The spike for losening knots...
oh, don't forget the screwdriver end cap.
They are WWII and into the 60's mostly.
Here are a few of mine to compare.
Enjoy.
