I FOUND THIS BOKER IN THE GROUND

It was a job getting it to open it had a partial warped bone handle,I worked on it ,It was a week getting it apart.I think it's cool, ELK HANDLES NOW,The pits are bad this thing had to have been buried for a bunch of years. ya recon it's worth anything??

No value as a collectable but might make a good user if you can clean it up, and get it to function properly. A drop or two of light oil in the blade pivots may help. You can take those nicks out of the blade edge by sharpening it. See here for information about cleaning it. viewtopic.php?f=37&t=54157

Did someone add that Cartridge shield or was this a series? Nice find!

I made the handles and put the 9mm cartridge where the tree was supposed to be

A packer like no other; were it mine I would sharpen it and I would not remove the nicks in the blade edge.
Too much blade loss for that.
I would work around them when I used the knife and let them be a testament to it's coming into your possession.
They'll diminish in time as it gets sharpened.
It could be a fine companion for you.

9 mm, huh? Nice job ...... You must have run out of 218 Bee case heads. :mrgreen:

Those are the worst serations I’ve ever seen. Lol.
