Old horn handle swing bolster needs TLC

Have this one sitting off to the side with the thoughts I would rehandle it someday. Opens with authority. Obviously needs TLC. Was thinking Stag rather than horn. Been sitting for 5+ years so maybe needs a more attentive care giver.

You can always get more money, good old knives are hard to find.
