Good evening.
Please help me in attributing this stiletto dagger. Blade length 152mm, handle length 104mm, blade width 19mm. The handle is made of ivory and the silver lining and butt are made of silver. Unfortunately, there are no markings or stamps.
My friends say that this dagger could have been used during the US Civil War. Or it belonged to one of the poker players.
I would be very grateful for any information.
Sincerely, Dmitry Kruk

I can’t help with the ID or history but that is one DANDY knife!! Has 1840’s-60’s look about it.
You can always get more money, good old knives are hard to find.

Sorry not the name “dandy” the caps was to empathize how much I like your knife. The only thing wrong with it is , I’m not the owner.
