Payment Recieved & Not Showing anything in Sales on AAPK

Payment Recieved & Not Showing anything in Sales on AAPK
I have received payment in paypal however I have not received anything email nor in my AAPK account that the purchase was completed nor is it in my queue. The item I believe it to be still shows in stock as well.
I am new to this - what do I do? Am I missing a step somewhere

My guess is that PayPal rejected the transaction. Have you looked here: viewtopic.php?p=1185377#p1185377 or reviewed the message when you entered your store like this:
as possible solutions to your problem? If you don’t have a PayPal Business Account then you’ll either need to create one or accept other methods of payment other than PayPal. Please report back!

I completed that email change to merchant ID the day the notice went out
Paypal doesn't seem to be the issue I don't think as the money is there - the item isn't showing in my sales on here nor does the item show out of stock and there was only a qty of 1. The only way I was aware of any transaction was the Paypal email - I have yet to receive any notice or indication on here of the item that was paid for

I did go mark the qty down to 0 to try to prevent the chance someone else would incidentally try to purchase in the mean time. For some reason, when this order was placed, the AAPK server did not receive a response back from PayPal that the payment was accepted. This response is what triggers the AAPK software to send notifications, record sale, and adjust inventory.
Buyer has been notified and payment received, so you should be good to ship and you should now have record of sale available in your order history page:

I did, however, receive a similar report about a week ago, so this will warrant further investigation before dismissing as a glitch.
