This was a fun little project to learn on and turned out pretty well. I love how it turned out but was never too keen on the two blade layout. So moving it on if somebody else might be interested.
This is the 81 BullKeeper from last year in red linen micarta. I hand jigged the scales and darkened the micarta with some leather dye. Buffed it a little, satin finished the bolsters and shield and this is what you get. Patina from fruit and the edge has been touched up on both but no major re-profiling. Comes with the tube. Pull is about a 4+ on both.
Looking for an older Case maybe like a 6332, 6347, 6318 in some nice bone. Partial to older CV or the AS GROUND SS finished blades. Used is ok of course but it must be right and tight with full blades.
Might consider other vintage medium sized patterns in jigged bone or ebony. I don’t want a knife that needs work though. I don’t mind cleaning but I don’t do blade play or gaps, mushy action or blades sharpened to toothpicks.

Withdrawing this one. Might be a good candidate to try my hand at a blade delete.

I will say the handles on that knife look awesome. Nice work.
