Purchased at a gunshow . Would like to identify the Maker. Any help appreciated . AG

Other than the blade steel identified as 154CM it is very hard to decipher what the other markings are from the picture provided. If you can tell us what the lettering is or provide a clearer picture it would be a big help.
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.
