I'm with you Tom, Kilgar is our new sleuth! Thanks Kilgar. Now, wonder who made it? Maybe Utica. Iron liners, bone scales left somewhat "proud", not a great fit and finish, maybe an import. There may be a third line to the stamp? Thanks again. J.O'.
