Dewey Ferguson "Romance Of ..." books

I'm curious if anyone has the full set of Dewey Ferguson knife books from the 1970s. From what I understand, there are 3 main title sets:
-Handbook Romance of Knife Collecting
-Handbook Price Guide to Romance of Knife Collecting
-Pictorial Price Guide: Romance of Collecting Case Knives

I was trying to figure out if I was missing any, and am having a hard time tracking down exactly which ones were released each year. This is what I have currently. Can anyone add any info?
