Utica Cutlery Employee & WW2 POW's Uncle's Book

Just like my knives, I like to collect books that tell stories. Not books with fictional stories, but books that tell a story about its previous owner or about a certain period of time. Often there's scribbles in the margins, name's written on the cover pages, signatures etc. This one is of another caliber though. This page fell out when I picked the book up at the thrift store. I wish I knew exactly which page the previous owner had kept it in. Or how it made its way from New York to Wisconsin. I was able to find the grave marker for the deceased previous owner and confirm that he is the uncle of the fallen soldier. I thought there might be some here who would find the Utica Cutlery connection interesting. The book is a good read too
