This blade was offered to me as a WWII Japanese enlisted mans sword. It looked pretty neat and was not very expensive(not as much as I was taken on a piece of eight a few weeks ago). Since the acquisition It has been suggested to me that this is a Chinese knockoff of intended item. I have provided three photos that should enlarge enough to give pretty good detail. Any info supplied will be greatly appreciated and looked upon as a learning experience. Thank You,
moss
