Thanks DesertSnake! It is not stainless, but does not rust easily. It is a mystery steel I think it is carbon with chromium and vanadium.
I can see why you call your knife a pistachio destroyer.
Great topic! My near-perfect, desk/comfort knife choice is my Victorinox Executive. I regularly use the orange peeler blade! Besides that it has just enough blades and hand tools to complete most of my “recliner-based” tasks!

That's a fine 1st. effort, Tony, it looks very professional to me.
Like many members of AAPK, I enjoy spending my weekends sorting through my knife collection (what is left of it at least ) and pulling out some of the Comfort Knives for a little C-KATS (Comfort Knife Applied Therapy Session) and of course reading about the Canadian Royal Mounted Police in North-West Canada.
