Ballpark, no earlier than the 1970s, probably not much later than the 1980s. I can't tell from the pics if the funnel is something someone mad eup or if the solder is just evidence of a past repair. The pick looks a little small for a touchhole pick for a flinter, might have been intended to clear the nipples on a percussion gun.
